Introduction
Tomoko currently serves as in-house counsel at Recruit Co., Ltd., drawing on extensive experience at a law firm providing legal support to domestic and international clients across diverse fields. Since joining Recruit, Tomoko has handled legal affairs regarding M&A and organizational restructuring, provided legal support for business operations, and completed a secondment to an overseas subsidiary (Indeed Inc.). Tomoko currently engaged in a management role.
