In the field of dispute resolution, Motomu handles a diverse range of matters including contract disputes, labor disputes, and shareholder derivative lawsuits.  Motomu has extensive experience in both litigation and arbitration. In the area of crisis management, Motomu has conducted numerous internal investigations and has served as a committee member or assistant on investigative committees established by corporations and government agencies.
